furnace memories...

I just turned the furnace on in my house cause its been soo cold today and yesterday and I've been freezing all morning and Chase's little hands have been frozen all day too! So we went and sat right by one of the vents to warm up and it brought back memories!

I remember during the winter when I had to get up for school and it would still be dark outside and I'd get out of my warm bed and it would be so cold, so I'd get my blanket and go downstairs and lay right in front of the heat vent in the tv room...and i'd usually fall back asleep but my mom would come in every couple minutes and shake me and tell me to get up. Or she'd turn on every light downstairs so it was hard to sleep... :) The BEST memory I have of the heat vent experiences was one day I was so comfortable and warm and didn't want to move and my mom turned on the radio and it said school was cancelled! OH what a great day that was and it was just so cozy....That makes me miss our old house!

Anyway....enough of my furnace stories. Its time for lunch and almost time for Chase's nap...my favorite time of the day. :)

fall fall fall!

I LOVE IT!! I love the weather, the smell (fall has a smell to me...so do all the seasons! is that normal?) and the pretty leaves changing colors! And OOOH MY WORD its SO pretty here inVA! Everywhere ya look there are trees so its B-E-A-UTIFUL! I took some pictures of my backyard today while i was outside with chase cuz it was just so dang pretty....

I was trying to be artistic and take a cool looking picture....it didn't really work out! But the trees are pretty, right?! :)

CHASE

Chase is just the cutest thing ever!! He's getting so big and talking so dang much...I just can't even handle it! I have so much fun with him everyday and will REALLY miss the little man when i leave soon! Here are some cute pics from today and HOPEFULLY a video if i can figure out how to make it work :)

Life Without Sam...

Sunday morning Sam left to go back to Arizona to help out with his family's business at the state fair. They go around to different events and have trailors and booths and sell Fry Bread....kinda funny I think... A bunch of Tongans selling Indian food..... Anyway, they make DANG good money doing it and Sam has the chance to earn a few thousand dollars in two weeks! Which is great! ...But it's also so dang hard! He's only been gone 2 full days and I miss him like crazy! So does Chase...he's always asking where Sam is. Him and Sam were good buddies. :)

So now I can't WAIT to get out of Virginia and move back home to be close to Sam again! And to start planning my wedding! I'M SO EXCITED! I pretty much know exactly what I want as far as my reception, dress and announcements go....so I'm pumped to get home and start doing stuff! :) So please bless we can find a nanny to replace me REALLY SOON!

Well Chase is gettin hungry so I better go make him some lunch! PEACE OUT!

so...its late and i don't want to write a novel but here are some pictures from the big night! :) i couldn't get a decent picture of my ring while on my finger so that one will have to do! its so so pretty and i so so love it! sam did a good job!
