new and improved??

So I did a little changing and re-arranging on the ol' blog and the only thing i'm unsure about is that picture of me and sam right up top..is that going to be too annoying? let me know..

And I want Sam to get into blogging (not that I'm a huge blogger, but its fun!) and I wrote him a text and told him i made my blog into OUR blog and he wrote back and said "i don't blog"... so we'll see how it goes!

Anyway, things are great with us! We are loving the married life and have already learned a lot and grown as a couple! Thats all for now! Toodles

I love being married and having Sam as my husband! We've had so much fun putting our apartment together and making meals together and just being with each other in OUR apartment! Fun is the word! And we just got a calling in our ward which i was SOOO pumped about up until last night! We are going to be sunday school teachers for 14 and 15 yr olds! Sam's aunt Tae Lahi used to teach the class and she said the kids are HORRIBLE! (they are all a bunch of tongan brats who think they are too cool for school. some even think they are black...i don't get why they cant be happy with being brown!) And she told us some of the parents told her to hit their kids if they misbehaved, so she did! She'd take a yardstick with her every week and wack whoever was being a pain! Can you believe this?!?! Yikes.... So now I'm a bit nervous about the whole calling. Maybe they'll be better with Sam in the room, hopefully he'll intimadate some of the boys!
Anyway...moral of the story is I LOVE SAM and I love being married and I'm nervous about my calling!

MORNING FRIGHT!

This morning I woke up at about 7:30 to get ready for work...And ya know those mornings when you feel so groggy and your eyes wont stay open? ...yeah, well thats what i was experiencing! So I got in the shower and was trying to wake up. I was rinsing the conditioner from my hair and I had my head tilted back, my eyes closed (i always close my eyes when i wash my hair cause one time i got shampoo in my eye and i promised myself i would never do that again. ouch.) and i got done and opened my eyes and BOOM!

There was a man in the shower with me!

...Thankfully this man happened to be my husband but OH. MYYYYY. GOSH!! It scared the freakin CRAP out of me!!! I screamed and grabbed Sam and just cried! I have never been so scared in my entire life! I was half asleep and then I open my eyes to a big brown man in the shower! That would be traumatizing to anyone, right?!
Anyway, after a few tears I was okay!! Sam felt soo bad, he just kept hugging me and saying sorry. Haha now that i think about it all, i just laugh cuz I'M SO SURE i cried AND screamed! It wasn't like a yelp, it was a full on scream! And just for the record, i wasn't SOBBING, but there were tears! Poor sam, he was just trying to be cute and hop in the shower with me and it totally didn't work!
So that was my frightful morning....I've been a little jumpy since then, but I'm slowly recovering.....

I dunno if anyone has noticed but I like posting pictures....mostly because I never know what to write about! I'm not clever and whitty like my seesters..so I'll just stick to putting up pictures!!

And speaking of my sisters...I love them. I think they are such amazing people and I look up to them in every way! I love that I'm getting to new stages in my life so that we have even more in common and more to talk about! They are some of my best friends, along with my Mom! Which I personally think is fantastic! I tell my mom everything and I love the closeness that we have! ...ok i'm getting cheesey...moral of the story is I LOVE MY MOM AND SISTERS! (and my brothers, too..)

32 Days

I get married in 32 days!

I'm scared.

I'm stressed.

I'm emotional.

But most of all...

I'M EXCITED!

I can't wait for me and Sam to have our own little place and I'm excited to make us dinner and to do our laundry and clean. WEIRD! I can't believe I'm saying such words...but I can't wait. I'm marrying the cutest, funnest most amazing guy ever! I'm one happy girl!
