How Stupid...
Yesterday at work I was running across the street to the gas station for Vanessa (the mom) and their driveway is all little stone pavers, and 2 of them had sunk down in the ground and I didn't see the hole as I was running and TOTALLY twisted my ankle BAD and fell down HARD! I didn't realize how bad my knee was til I got to the gas station and there was blood running down my leg, and I knew my ankle was hurt bad cuz I had to limp big time getting back to the house but didn't notice it was swollen til I got back to the house! I scraped the crap out of me left know and down onto my shin, and 2 of my toes got scraped up, and then I hurt my right ankle and got some nice scratches on that foot too! What a freakin' clutz..I was more embarrassed than hurt for quite a while! But while I was waiting to get picked up to go home I put some ice on my ankle and rubbed neosporin all over my srapes! Sam came and picked me up and took me to his mom so she could massage my ankle for me..she poured oil all over it and rubbed it all over for about 5 mins. It hurt like heck! She's known in Tongans here to heal hurt ankles just from rubbing them, and after the actual rubbing it did feel a little bit better to walk on! Anyway, so I just walk around like a total gimp and have my knee all patched up with gauz and band-aids!
